Terms and Conditions

Promo Mechanics:

1. For every reservation of an Avida unit (Condominium, Lot, House & Lot and Parking unit) with a minimum value of Php 1,000,000 that will be reserved on June 20, 2020.
2. Gift Points will be given for every official reservation based on the ff:
1. 100 Gift points = Parking units
2. 250 Gift points = Reservations of 4.99M below
3. 350 Gift points = Reservations of 5M and above

3. First 2 reservations of an Avida unit worth 10M above will receive a Samsung TV. Reservations beyond the 2nd shall be awarded 350 Gift points.
4. Once Reservation is officialized, Avida Incentives team will email the Gift points voucher to the client’s official email address along with the instructions of Registering and claiming online.
5. Client’s are allowed 30 days from points availability to claim their items via the website, otherwise gift points will be forfeited.
6. All Aqwire RS payments & checks should be dated June 20, 2020.
7. Accounts with request for extension of payment will be ineligible for the promo.
8. RS incentive is valid for those with reservation fee worth P20K and above.
9. Promo is open to both Filipinos and Foreigners currently residing in the Philippines.
